I acquired a split-phase conversion board from GS a few months ago but it did not perform as expected. I contacted support via texts, discussed the issue back and forth and decided to return it for inspection/replacement. I got the mailing address to return it for evaluation via text as well. It was delivered back to Genetry on April 1, 2021. I've subsequently texted many times, left phone messages on voice mail at the support number, and emailed requests for any information at all.
Nothing.
