Hello Im having trouble getting this inverter to work.   It will power up but as soon as you put a load on it the alarm will go off and with in 10 seconds it will shut down.  I replaced the cpu and driver 2 times and still have the same issue.  I have 3 wires coming off the transformer and attaching to what i think is the charging system and only 2 of them have roughly 115 volts.  The attached pic with the blue circles is where the 115 volts are.  When I apply a load the 2 wires that have 115 volts ( the 3rd wire has nothing) will drop in voltage and become erratic.  All conections seem tight and secure.  I dont use the charger on this unit so if I can bypass it that would be fine as well.  Please help

thanks

sam

I  go back to your post  on july 28 .    Look like you  replace the rev 10.3 control board with the  bad MCU  with a   new rev 11.1 control board .   Your new  picture  show  the green  LED  working  but  has problem  .   Your  output  and  charger  board  show 115 vac .  My  15kw powerjack  do not  have charger board  and is wire  different  .   I  will  open  my powerjack   and   get back  to this post  later  .    Your  charger board  may  be damage  on july 28  and  need to be change  with a output board that has no   charger  board  .   I  have  many bad  parts I buy from ebay  but  never  complain  or return  back  to seller  .

thankyou for getting back with me so soon.  As you can see I have been trying to get this fixed for awhile now.  I took some more pics for you input on.  The blue circles represent 115v roughly and red is none.   The red is coming off transformer.   The mosfet lights are on and I see 2 led lights on cpu and one on driver.   The newest cpu and driver came as a set but the driver light didnt light up so I replaced it with on that lights up but it did not make a difference.

thanks

sam
