when you click on rayjunglepower there is nothing listed for sale.

eBay has now stepped in to the missing items...

a 189 pound inverter is not the tracked cardboard envelop I received which prompted the eBay sytem to say it was delivered on May 18th 2022.

no replies since may 13th via skype and no replies via eBay from this seller...>>>rayjunglepower....

I was kind of looking forward to trying the powerjack 30000watt 48-volt inverter but perhaps never see the real product....

the flat cardboard envelop with a piece of paper tracked and delivered by my local USPS man shows up in eBay as delivered but not an inverter that is supposed to weigh 189 pounds...a possible way to bypass eBay....>>>>not really sure what the problem is.....

If you paid for your inverter with a credit card, you have recourse from fraud through the credit card company, regardless of EBay.

I  just saw the same  review .  Those  are the worst review  of all  bad review on ebay  .    I  wonder if GS inverter going to have the same problem ?      Where is Jack  ??   I  do not think I  will look at another  Powerjack  inverter .   

Apart from people posting fake reviews of the GS I don't see GS getting bad reviews.  PJ deserves all the poor reviews and feedback it gets.

Ebay  seller from China  sending  me  an  envelope  with face mask  as the item I  did not order  but tell  ebay the item  was delivered   seem  to be  a common scam .    This happen to me  3 times in the past month  from 3  different  seller from China  .      Word  travel  fast in China  as to how to  scam ebay  buyer .   

I got my PJ inverter from rayjunglepower in January, but I think that new EBay seller is actually still him. RThe verbiage and photos are the same. The model that I bought is now almost twice the price.

Because the  price for the  30000 watt powerjack is now 5000 dollars  David  purposely  do this so  ebay will refund all  the auction  price .     Powerjack will  lose too much money  if they give free shipping and sell at the auction price .      I  now remember  that  over a year ago  I  won his  auction  450 dollars for the 20000 watt  Powerjack  amd  shipping  was delay and then   Powerjack in China  cancell  my  inverter and refund  thru paypal  because the 20000 watt price jump to over 1000 dollars .    David or  rayjunglepower  is just a pawn  for Powerjack .

Fake reviews?  Can you elaborate?

 I  wonder if GS inverter going to have the same problem ?       I  mean  GS  can not get to Jack  or has Jack disappear ?  Apart from people posting fake reviews of the GS I don't see GS getting bad reviews.          I do not  see any fake or bad  review  on the GS inverter .     All  the comment  on Sean youtube  are good review .   Only  seem to be  the same people  making  comments  .

I was simply speculating that the only bad reviews of GS inverters would be fake because the units are clearly very good.

As with anything, there's going to be a few upset customers.  Sometimes we could have done better....or some people are just plain looking for an opportunity to be upset.  Other times they get caught trying to rip us off...

All we can do is keep trying to make the best product we can.  As long as customers are willing to work with us (and treat us like humans, not like garbage)...we'll generally be able to work out any genuine issues to the customer's satisfaction.  (There's a distinction between genuine issues, and perceived/created issues!)

And I will always say: we've learned a LOT from customers about our inverters.

Reviews that point out shortcomings, fine and not what I was referring to.  Reviews that are obviously intended to dissuade someone from buying a GS in favour of some elcheapo crap, well that's not fine.

Reviews that point out shortcomings .......               Those review happen to come from Sean  youtube  video .    Sean talk  about  the GS 6kw 240 vac in parallel  mode not happening .   Sean say the GS inveter do not have  MPPT  so can not connect directly  to the  solar panels  .   Sean say he going to  hook up  4  GS 12kw  but he do not have enough  battery to  run  at night .    Sean say GS will not make a 15kw inverter .       I  am sure Sean see  review  of other inverter from China  that  can  run  four  240vac inverters in parallel  with an external  sync  wire and circuit board .   There are  inverter  that connect  directly to  solar panel  like  the guy that live a few miles  from me that has  60000 watts of solar panels  but use the grid at night  .  There  are now  18kw  inverter from  China .      NO inverter  from China has  a low idle  draw and some has  250 watts idle .   

Manufacturers can't review their own products.  Sean is simply keeping people up-to-date on the realities.

It will happen.  The question is "when."  I've spent this whole week working on the 12kw production spec manual.  I can only do one thing at a time...when I'm working on one thing, I can't work on something else.

That's because we're making an inverter, not an MPPT.  To the best of my knowledge, there are currently no LF inverters with an MPPT that has the same power capability as the inverter itself--meaning that in order to be able to utilize the full output without draining your batteries, you'll have to buy an external MPPT--or two--anyway.  (That alone makes it quite a moot point.)

The 12kw GS inverter simply won't have room inside for any gadgets like that.  But it will also be light enough to not require freight shipping.

I have yet to see a full-power continuous load test on any cheap Chinese LF inverter.....

But I digress.
