I  remove the top cover  and  remove  the rev 11.1  control board .    The ribbon cable to the mainboard  has one wire disconnected in the picture .

The  picture show how I test the mosboard and  FETs  .    The mulimeter is in Diode mode .   The first leg is always 1 .   The third leg is  between  450 to 650 .     The  mosboard in my  9000 kw have all  green LED light on .   The mainboard is good and worth  200 dollars .    I will test the  control board  later .

Looks good. What transformer is in it? Four caps on the main board?

The  main board has 4  capacitors .    The 9kw inverter is not  connected  to battery  yet and   the  ribbon cable in the  picture has a wire  out  which show the worker  who get pay in peanuts do not care .    The  transformer is  ASL6.5  which  normally in a  15kw  inverter .   I  have to  test the  rev 11.1 control board  and check all wires  and AC output board  later with pictures .      A bad  LF driver  or control board  will destroy  the good  200  dollars main board  and all the  FETs .

If you're so worried about the workers, why do you keep buying the product?

The product  from Powerjack like inverter and  cable  and  mosfets and main board are cheap  .   I  am worried about  the  quality control  which is almost none and I have to check  every  wires and mosfets and resistors on mosboard  and burn spots on control board  and LF driver  and  every  screws on wires  before power on with  the inverter switch .     IF  the GS 12kw  is  assemble  in China  and  all are 48 vdc and  you do not have to open the box and check then I am worried  as a buyer .   I am stil  checking my 9000 kw and will show what I find  but so far  it is worth  200 dollars and if  working  then  worth  700 dollars .

That's never going to happen.  Every single GS inverter shipped from China arrives in the States in a completely unusable state.  Transformer not wired, without the WiFi board, and with zero programming in the processor.  The factory can't even test that it runs before it goes out the door.  All final assembly and testing is Sean's responsibility.

The pictures  of the  Main board  for my test bench .    The main board has no capacitor and only  4 mosfets .      The purpose is to see if the rev 11.1  control board  will blow up the 4 mosfets when the inverter power switch is turn on .     IF the 4 mosfets blow up then  it time to order a new  rev 11.3 control board with LF driver .      IF you have the  rev 11.0 control board and  blow up the 4 mosfets  then  you need to  order new rev 11.3 mainboard to match  a new rev 11.3 control board and LF driver and cost about  300 dollars .

So nothing from China is tested before shipping?

I  am still testing my  9000 watts Powerjack  and I  can not trust the  workers that JACK hire .     I have not turn on the inverter  switch yet .   I  found  broken wires  and broken connector  .     Later I  will  check the  AC output  board  and look like  it was  miss wired .        The GS 12kw  can not be tested  in China  as Sean  has to do the testing  and final assembly .

Strange  David is selling  ASL 6.5  transformer again   since Sean is selling transformers .   I think the ASL 6.5 is the best transformer by Powerjack .     Someone on this forum is using  ASL 6.5 inverter  24/7 on his farm  .    I  have to get my  9000 watt with the ASL 6.5  running but need more research .

I  connect the  rev 11.1 control board to my test bench  and the  4 mosfets did NOT blow up .     The LF driver LED do NOT light up .   Only 2  LED on the rev 11.1 control board light on steady with the test bench inverter power switch .     The rev 11.0 has 3 LED on steady .     The rev 10.3  has 4  LED on staedy .     The new  rev 11.3 control board  test good  but it  has only 2 LED on steady .      I do not want to blow up the good  24 mosfets in the 9000 kw Powerjack  so I may use the new rev 11.3 control board .    I like to know if anyone who has the rev 11.1  control board and how many LED is on steady .

Would my December 2021 "8000" PJ AMG inverter  have the latest board revisions? I need to open it up and look, I suppose?
