The 60,000 Power Jack inverter is down and i don't see any test points coming off the Mosfets
are they n or p

All MOSFETs used in Power Jack inverters are N-channel FETs.
Inverter blew out? A bit more context would help...if it blew FETs, 99 times out of 100 you'll have to also replace the LF Driver board.
