Hi im Ryan and I have a problem with my power jack 8k version 8.0 inverter. The L1 and L2 phases are putting out incorrect voltage the L1 phase is reading 162volts and the L2 phase is reading 56volts can you please tell me what is wrong. Thanks

Measured relative to where? Ground, neutral?

check from N to L1 should be around 114vac +

check from N to L2 should be around 114vac +

check from L1 to L2 should be around 220 vac +
