Any updates on when these would be available?

Taking a bit more time than we expected for the first units to come in...dealing with supply chain and design specification stuff. Like any new in-house product (i.e. not a rebrand of an existing product), there's teething pains!
We are tentatively expecting them to be in stock by November at the latest. Hopefully earlier than that...ideally, they'll all ship to Sean by the end of September, with 2-3 weeks transit time.
Are the 6kw units that far out also? Just wondering....

Pretty much. They'll all ship together.
Basically, this results from not ordering inverters BEFORE we were out of stock...so the entire system delay applies even though they're out of stock. Doesn't help that I was busily trying to learn 3D CAD software for the first time ever, then getting the chassis fully specified out, writing specification manuals, etc., etc.
...yeah, definitely not a smooth transition.
Is it still time to place an order for September delivery?

If you placed an order, it'd go on the list for when the shipment arrives (expected ETA being October / November, barring any unexpected surprises). Sean is ordering extra units beyond the preorder list, but they're on a first-come first-serve basis.
I'm finding out more information. How much extra shipping to airlift 3-5? When would I get it in 55119 St Paul, MN

Can you text Sean at 833-436-3879 ?
I'm responsible for design, specification and programming...not the sales side of things.
is he on whatsapp?
No, he is not.
i'm not in the US now but someone there will pay for them. I will be returning soon. Also since you are on the technical side. I want 12kw but i'm thinking its safer to daisy chain two 6 kw just in case one fails for whatever reason in the future cuz i'm completely off grid.
Is there another way i can get to him?

Depends on what the cause of the failure is...because if 2 tractors are tied together and get yanked over the cliff by the load, both of 'em are going to be in similar condition. (i.e. lightning, backfeed, etc.) You'd definitely have a more stable system with a single 12kw.
Also worth noting that I haven't had time to get to the parallel operation code again. It's technically possible, just not yet implemented. Trying to sort out all the manufacturing/factory issues/challenges at the moment.

Contact form on the website goes to Sean, not to me.
I spoke with Sean. Here's another question. Is the 12kW 24v output that 230v Line(230v), Neutral Ground or L110v, L110v. N?

It should be X120v + Y120v + W + G.
Standard north-american split-phase. Of course you can ignore the neutral if you don't need it...
