And.....back to the PJ unit
On the GS inverter??? (Trying to make sense of the thread.)
That's a lot of Power Queen batteries, not my favorite orientation on their sides but should be okay. I don't lay my lifepo4 batteries on the their side anymore after I had one where the little foil seal sticker came loose and made a big mess leaking all over. That is a big bank though nice.
And.....back to the PJ unit
Bummer man. Hope you get it fixed soon.

Correct my GS 6k rev C blew FETs
I know about the hair trigger on my battery, verified it was the inverter
From the topic Inverter Issue it was the 6kw GS blow the FETs and not the Powerjack . Do not know if fixed .
Should be getting FETs soon
Should be getting FETs soon
Yup, assuming USPS doesn't mess something up (again), you should have them hopefully by Monday.
Normally I can pinpoint a reason for FET failure--but in this case, I actually have not been able to pinpoint why the FETs failed. (Which of course I really don't like.)
Same here
FETs generally fail very fast when issues arise
In this case everything still looks good outside of the FETs including the load which my PJ unit has begrudgingly been running (overheats the transformer at 5KW)

Current setup 20 240W panels bought used
12 100AH 12.8v batteries 300AH 54V
8000W (4KW) power jack LF AMG running 230V split phase
You have the best AMG on this forum . IS that a rev 11.3 control board ?
That sounds right on the board revi it's a amg 8000w that PJ sent me when I ordered I 12K directly from them for $389.99
I have 1 strap plate and center bolt removed to let the ASL2 transformer breathe
It holds 3 to 4 K
When I hit 5K it heats up quick
Parts are here

Amqzing inverter . I replace my control board to rev 11.3 but not test yet .
GS back up and running
I have a very small set up, I am guessing that is an expense hobby because I have not see the benefits, I sent back an average of 2 to 3 kw back a month to the grid and my electrical bill is few $ less every now and then although I am in North east PA.
12x Weize 100 watt 12V solar.
2x12v BTR battery 100am
1 x12.8 litokala 290 am
2 Prius nic converted to 12v each
2 agm 12v each.
1 )1200 AMG PJ ( my disappointment) 24v
Powmr 3000w 24v I think it s a better machine than PJ ( PJ feel and looks better)
durafield 6000/12000 12v
1000w bestek 12v
acuratetools 3000/6000 12v all 12v were my stater but not using now .
3x 1000w gridtied Vervo
the 12v wind is joke does not produce …..
yeah I did converted a direct drive washing machine , produce about 130 volt with human power …..
So your mixing SLA NiMh and LifePo?
It's usefulness depends on what your goal was
It sounds like you have possible backup power but not enough panels to run much continuous
The grid ties should only be used from panel to grid generally
The panels can charge the batteries but not while connected to grid tie
The SLA and LifePo should play well but NiMh will have different charging requirements
The off grid inverters may play well but not together unless specced for paralleling
I failed to mention each of the devices are running separately each other.,
each of grid-tied devices are each on its own 12 v solar panel .for each
the Powmr 24v separate panels with the 2 Prius Nik batteries converted to 24 v
PJ 24v BTR life po batteries and litokala life po battery and own solar panels .
Each of my devices are independently connected.
by the way what is the functionality of those options wit PJ see picture!
Thank you.
