Those are rebranded generic Chinese single-phase 120v inverters that can be very easily split-synced together for 240v split-phase output.
GS inverters have offered that since the very beginning.
Oh, and those are HF inverters. Weight, physical profile, and surge rating (2x instead of 3x).
There certainly is a lot of marketing hype about this EG4 brand. They have some decent looking rackmount batts.
