I am unable to use the website for the dashboard. I keep getting a socket error. Any advice or did this change after the website refresh?
Also I wanted to update my FW but it says Update: Code: 301.

We did completely redesign the remote server, and (unfortunately for a few customers) direct MQTT access with email/password was removed, as it's a major security loophole. The goal is to add either a REST API and/or MQTT access via UUID tokens (i.e. something completely unrelated to user login credentials) for dashboard access.
Have you reregistered your inverter on the new server, i.e. is the online "Dashboard Beta" working for you there?

Which control board revision does your inverter have? (Rev. A.1/B or Rev. C?)
@sid-genetry-solar rev c, no I have not registered on the new site.
Try restarting your inverter; it should "find" the update now (try Rev. branch). Having some minor server quirks regarding firmware publishing!
@sid-genetry-solar When I put in my unit ID nothing happens on my dashboard...it is the Genetry-######## number correct?
The restart fixed the 301 code. went from r1 to r5 lol

No, it's the "GS############" number marked "ID" on the screen. The "Genetry-######" path is the mDNS path, which is a way you can access the inverter via local server on the same WiFi network.
@sid-genetry-solar ok, I'm not sure where to find that then.
It's on the WiFi tab, scrolled down to the line starting with "ID:", not the line starting with "MD:"
Ah, I was not going far enough...
@nilao Yeah, the GS inverter functions are bursting at the seams of that 128x64 graphics LCD 🤣.
